- Manage trade settlements, including processing customer requests to schedule shipments and entering them into SAP GTM.
- Ensure accurate and timely input of commodity purchase and sales orders/contracts, including amendments.
- Create and apply tickets in SAP, process freight adjustments, quality claim settlements, and payment proposals.
- Prepare daily reports as per business requirements and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with commercial teams when customer contract pricing is needed for shipments and match those pricings to load orders.
- Handle dispute cases, including corrections of shipment and invoices.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Experience in Bunge (NYSE: BG) is preferred.
