Position: Associate - Assurance (Managed Services Fund Accounting)( 2 Years +)

Senior Associate - Assurance (Managed Services Fund Accounting) (4 years +)

Manager - Assurance (Managed Services – Fund Accounting) (5 Years)

1. Understanding of Private Equity fundamentals including structure of PE funds, roles of GP and LP, and key calculations such as management fee, performance fee, NAV, along with familiarity with documents like LPA, side letters, and related agreements.
2. Actual NAV calculation experience is essential, as many profiles only mention NAV reconciliation,



which is not sufficient since the role requires hands-on NAV computation.
3. Strong exposure to journal postings and accounting tools is required, preferably Investran or other PE accounting systems such as Geneva or Yardi
4. Clear understanding of waterfall calculations including capital allocation processes such as capital calls, distributions, and P&L; allocation
5. Experience in financial statement preparation under US GAAP is important, including notes to accounts and disclosures, with responsibility for supporting or handling annual financial statement audits.
6. Regulatory reporting exposure such as CIMA, Luxembourg, or ERISA will be considered a solid advantage.
