Real Estate Sales Job Profile

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads and customer enquiries through calls and digital platforms.
- Make regular outbound calls to prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, location, amenities and investment perks.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Identify serious prospects and schedule property/site visits.
- Coordinate with customers and the sales team to ensure successful site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups after site visits and address customer queries/concerns.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and guide them through the property buying process.
- Negotiate and assist customers in moving towards booking/closure.
- Achieve monthly sales and site-visit targets.




- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and conversion records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the pre-sales and closing teams to ensure smooth customer conversion.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work in the real estate sales industry.

Experience: 6 Months -to 5 Years Salary: upto 4LPA+ Attractive Monthly Incentives

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate
