- Assist with the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining price quotations, and negotiating terms and agreements to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including department heads, project managers, and budget owners, to understand procurement requirements and priorities

- Review purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procurement guidelines

- Maintain vendor relationships, communicate effectively with suppliers, and address inquiries, issues, and concerns related to product quality, delivery schedules, and pricing discrepancies

- Monitor inventory levels, track purchase orders,

- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to arrange for timely delivery, receipt, and inspection of purchased goods, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules and quality standards

- Assist in the implementation of procurement policies, procedures, and best practices to streamline purchasing processes, enhance transparency, and mitigate procurement risks
