Job Details Key Responsibilities: Participate in demos, training and workshops (internal or clients) on specific subjects of expertise. Identify functional gaps and document business requirements. Create functional specifications for developers. Iteratively test developed software, to ensure that business requirements are met. Configure the system prior to client testing and implementation. Analyze trends and results to continually improve our sales strategy. Contribute to product development. Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with the tech and operation team to improve the product. You enjoy talking to clients, understanding their problems, and closing deals. Startup / ERP knowledge or experience is a strong asset. Excellent writing skills, as the job requires creation of specifications and test cases. Personal Attributes/ Traits Highly self- driven and diligent worker who can work on their own but also cooperate well with the team. Solid problem- solving skills. You can analyze the current market and figure out by yourself new, creative ways to improve the conversion rate. Excellent interpersonal skills. The person in this role will spend significant amount of time working hands- on with a wide constituency including clients, product management and engineering staff Willingness and ability to travel periodically, as required Good technical skills a major plus even though this is a business position, the candidate must be able to map conceptual financial and business concepts to practical system functions.
