Key Responsibilities:

- Research Insights: Conduct in-depth research on client needs, market trends, and competitor CRM products to inform feature development and product positioning.
- Client Interaction: Engage directly with clients to gather feedback on CRM performance,



identify pain points, and understand their evolving business requirements.
- Collaboration: Communicate client feedback to both the sales and product teams, supporting the development and refinement of CRM features. Ensure smooth coordination across teams from ideation to product release.
- Product Support: Assist in defining CRM product specifications, track product performance post-launch, and work closely with the product team to iterate based on user feedback and market demands.

Qualifications:
