What you ll do

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and technical systems according to maintenance plans and procedures

- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or technical faults and carry out repairs within defined competence and authority

- Support execution of planned maintenance activities and respond to unplanned breakdowns

- Carry out maintenance tasks using internal procedures, technical documentation, and safety requirements

- Coordinate maintenance activities with production and other plant partners to minimize operational disruptions

- Record completed work, inspections,



and findings in the maintenance management system

- Support spare parts usage by identifying required materials and reporting inventory needs

- Assist with minor building repairs and general facility maintenance as assigned

- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions related to equipment failures

- Follow health, safety, environmental, and food safety requirements and report non standard situations

What you will need to succeed

- Secondary technical or vocational education in mechanics, electrical systems, or a related technical field

- Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial or plant maintenance

- Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and maintenance documentation

- Practical knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance methods

- Basic computer skills for maintenance systems, documentation, and reporting

- Reliability, responsibility, and ability to work independently on assigned tasks

- Willingness to work in physically demanding and operational plant environments
