Role & responsibilities
Coordinate sales training programs
Coordinate with internal and external trainers/vendors for program delivery.
Arrange logistics, training materials, venues, and virtual training platforms.
Manage the training portal/LMS and ensure accurate learner records.
Work closely with stakeholders
Preferred candidate profile
2-5 years of experience in Sales Training Coordination, Learning & Development, or LMS Administration.
experience in AMC/Mutual Fund Industry
