Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Associate – Inside Sales to drive customer retention, revenue growth, and upselling opportunities within our Intracity Logistics business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage customer relationships and drive retention & engagement.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls to generate business opportunities.
- Identify customer needs and drive upselling & cross-selling.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain sales pipeline and customer information through CRM.
- Achieve defined sales, revenue,



retention, and engagement targets.

What We’re Looking For:

- 0–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Customer Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management.
- Freshers with solid communication and sales aptitude can also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with sales calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
