Elevate is recruiting an Associate for our Contracts team. As an Associate, you will perform the first-level review of the assigned project. You will be accountable for delivering quality work to the project leads.

Specifically, the Associate will:

- Review contracts.
- Extract the metadata terms from contracts.
- Process contracts via the CLM system.
- Ensure quality of work as per required parameters.
- Responsible for doing First level review of Contract documents.
- Assess own performance and take accountability for own actions.
- Communicate effectively with other team members.

- Dependable, responsive, and committed to producing high-quality work.
- Flexible, and willing to pitch in on matters and projects to better serve our customers, even if the work falls outside your normal scope of duties.
- Excellent writing skills, particularly depicting complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Professionalism in both verbal and written work.
- Excellent listening as well as communication skills and the judgment to know which skill to use in each setting.

Experience:

- 0.6-2 Years experience.

Qualifications:

- LLB
