Role & responsibilities

- Experience in Sales Operations, Client Delivery, Direct Sales, and Operations Management.
- Solid experience in B2B Sales, Sales Operations, and Client Delivery all three are mandatory.
- Proven experience managing multi-layer teams and multiple client accounts.
- Experience in P&L; Management, BPO, Contact Centers, Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, Six Sigma, Client Relationship Management, and Process Improvement.

Preferred candidate profile Candidates must meet the following requirements:

- Relevant B2B Sales experience.
- Strong Sales Operations experience.
- Client Delivery experience.
- Experience managing 200-400 FTEs, including multi-layer teams and multiple accounts.
