Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Associate Digital Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and paid advertising. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, content creation, social media engagement, and trending video formats. The candidate will support digital marketing initiatives targeting both the US and Indian markets to improve brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns using Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Manage the company's social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Create engaging content, including social media posts, captions, promotional creatives, reels, and short-form videos.
- Identify trending topics, viral content formats, audio, and video trends relevant to the company's brand and target audience.
- Develop and implement social media marketing (SMM) strategies to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Drive audience engagement through comments, interactions, relevant discussions, and creative social media campaigns.
- Create market-specific content and campaigns tailored to audiences in the US and India.
- Monitor ad performance, engagement metrics, reach, impressions, conversions, and campaign ROI.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and trend analysis to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop consistent and engaging marketing materials.




- Support lead generation initiatives through paid advertising and organic social media activities.
- Prepare periodic performance reports and recommend improvements based on campaign insights.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across digital platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Robust skills in social media management, audience engagement, and content creation.
- Ability to create engaging reels, short-form videos, and trend-based content.
- Good understanding of social media algorithms, content trends, and audience behavior.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to create content suitable for both US and Indian audiences.
- Familiarity with Canva, video editing tools, and social media analytics.
- Analytical thinking, creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the IT or software services industry.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, paid campaign optimization, and lead generation.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of market-specific audience preferences and digital marketing trends in the US and India.
