Associate Consultant will assist the senior consultant in executing multiple consulting projects related to the development and implementation of market research, organization growth transformation, Operation productivity improvement, and other consulting services Krysalis provides.
Responsibilities :
- Assisting principal/senior consultant with market insights and other data/information to prepare to consult proposals
- Identifying and Collecting data/information on the client s business environment and marketplace
- Processing data/information, conducting analysis, and preparing reports of findings
- Leverage problem-solving skills and framework to develop a solution
- Documenting developed solutions and preparing a presentation
- Coordinating with a client and senior consultant to implement recommended solutions
- Serving clients for their requirements of reports, solutions, and any other services within decided project scope
- Supporting the client in implementing a recommended solution
- Visiting and working at client location as and when required for project related work
- Managing all project work and maintaining a schedule
- Assisting seniors in other admin and operational work of consulting projects
Preferences :
- MBA with 0-3 years of work experience in market research, management consulting firm, Operation Productivity Improvement
- Must be aware of the management consulting profession
- Quick learner, Creative thinker with problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
