Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Consultant specializing in IIoT and Industrial Automation. The ideal candidate will bring robust hands-on experience with Siemens and Allen-Bradley (AB) PLCs, IIoT platforms, commissioning, and integration projects across multiple automation domains. The role demands expertise in both shop-floor OT systems and enterprise IT integrations, with a strong customer-facing ability for site visits, assessments, and solution development.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation solutions including PLCs, DCS, SCADA, and drives.
- Execute and validate IIoT implementations, including connectivity, edge device configuration, and cloud/analytics integration.
- Conduct site assessments to capture current automation setups, identify gaps, and recommend digital/automation solutions.
- Develop solutions for IT/OT convergence, including secure data flow from shop-floor devices to enterprise systems (MES, ERP, Cloud).
- Configure, test,



and validate industrial control systems (Siemens S7, TIA Portal, Allen-Bradley
- ControlLogix, RS Logix).
- Participate in solution architecture and preparation of functional/technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide training and support to client teams during and after project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, cybersecurity practices, and industrial protocols (OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, ProfiNet, EtherNet/IP).

Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in industrial automation and IIoT projects.
- Strong knowledge of Siemens PLCs (S7, TIA Portal), Allen-Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix, RS Logix), and associated hardware/software.
- Experience with DCS, SCADA systems, VFDs/Drives, and industrial networking.
- Proven track record in installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation projects.
- Familiarity with IIoT platforms, data acquisition systems, and edge/cloud integration.
- Solid understanding of IT/OT integration and industrial communication protocols.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and client interaction skills.
- Ability to handle site visits, assessments, and solution development independently.

Educational Qualification
