Role Purpose To manage day-to-day client coordination for ScaleUp accounts and ensure timely delivery of agreed scope requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with clients on requirements, approvals and feedback

- Maintain monthly content calendars and delivery timelines

- Coordinate with internal content, design, social media and video teams

- Track deliverables and ensure timely completion

- Manage routine client communication and follow-ups

- Ensure work remains within the agreed scope

- Assist with monthly reports and account updates

- Escalate client issues,



additional requirements or scope changes to the reporting manager
