Key Responsibilities:

- Manage 33 kV/66 kV power systems, transformers, switchgear, and circuit breakers.
- Oversee solid-fuel-fired and oil-fired boiler operations and maintenance.
- Ensure electrical safety, fire safety, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with electricity authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Manage third-party O&M; contracts and outsourced teams of 50+ personnel.
- Drive preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliable utility operations.
- Solar PV plant experience will be an added advantage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 60% marks in Class 10, Class 12, and graduation.
- All qualifications must be completed through regular/full time education.
- 7- 15 years of relevant experience in utilities operations and maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment.




- Hands-on experience with 33 kV/66 kV power systems and industrial boilers.
- Robust knowledge of electrical distribution, equipment maintenance, safety systems, and statutory requirements.
- Experience in contractor management, outsourced workforce supervision, and coordination with external authorities.
- Certification in Energy Management and experience with solar power systems will be an added advantage.
