The Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager will be responsible for preparing and reviewing transfer pricing projects, ensuring compliance with US Transfer Pricing Regulations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in transfer pricing, preferably with a Big 4 or leading consulting firm.
- Strong technical knowledge of US transfer pricing regulations, OECD guidelines, and BEPS framework.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation and economic analyses.
- Excellent analytical, presentation and written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Robust organizational and time management skills.

Experience

- Transfer Pricing Documentation:
- Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation reports (local files, master files,



country-by-country reports) in compliance with US and international regulations (OECD guidelines).

- Benchmarking Analysis:
- Conduct functional, economic, and comparability analyses, including benchmarking studies using databases such as TP Catalyst, Eikon (Workspace) and Loan Connector.

- Client Engagement:
- Communicate with US colleagues to gather information, clarify queries, and present findings under the supervision of senior team members.

- Research:
- Stay updated on transfer pricing developments in the US, BEPS actions, and changes in local and international tax laws.

- Project Management:
- Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.

Hands on experience using CapIQ, TP Catalyst, Eikon (Workspace) and Loan Connector databases
