About the job The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional luxury retail experience aligned with Forest Essentials brand ethos. This role involves leading the team, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring smooth store functioning through effective people, process, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve store sales targets and drive profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service.




- Ensure brand standards in customer engagement, visual merchandising, and store upkeep.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and coordinate replenishments.
- Resolve customer queries and handle escalations effectively.
- Track and report store performance metrics to Regional/Area Manager.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and operational guidelines.
