We are looking for a skilled Assistant Shuttering Carpenter to join our team at the Holiday Inn Resort Goa. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in carpentry and shuttering, with excellent skills in both areas.

Roles and Responsibility

- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of shutters and other exterior structures.
- Collaborate with the carpentry team to ensure all projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or defects in shutters and other exterior structures.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of shutter installation and maintenance.




- Work closely with the resort's maintenance team to ensure all external structures are well-maintained and safe.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations related to working at heights.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in carpentry and shuttering.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in carpentry and shuttering.
