Role Overview

Navilu Group is seeking a proactive Assistant Project Manager to assist in the end-to-end site execution of a high-rise residential project in Bengaluru. The candidate will coordinate site operations, vendors, consultants, and quality/safety protocols to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Execution & Planning: Coordinate daily site operations (civil, structural, finishing, MEP) against schedules and drawings.

- Stakeholder Coordination: Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and liaise with architects and MEP/structural consultants.

- Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce QA/QC standards, material testing, safety protocols (work-at-height/scaffolding), and statutory compliance.

- Monitoring & Reporting: Track daily progress, manpower, and material consumption; prepare progress reports and flag potential delays.





- Cost & Material Management: Support billing verification, material inventory planning, and wastage reduction.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- Experience: 5–8 years in building construction, specifically in high-rise residential projects.

- Technical Exposure: Hands-on experience with RCC structures, finishing works, and MEP service coordination.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Proficiency in reading architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and scheduling tools (MS Project / Primavera P6 or any such).
- Robust site coordination, problem-solving, and contractor management skills.
