Key Responsibilities

- Deliver lectures in Finance and related management subjects.
- Teach subjects such as Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Investment Analysis, Financial Markets, Banking, and Financial Accounting.
- Develop course materials, lesson plans, presentations, and assessments.
- Conduct examinations, evaluate assignments, and monitor student performance.
- Mentor students and support their academic and professional development.
- Participate in academic activities, faculty development programmes, workshops, and institutional initiatives.
- Contribute to research, publications, and industry-academia collaborations.
- Integrate practical business applications and industry case studies into classroom teaching.

Educational Qualifications
- Ph.D. (Pursuing)



in Finance
- Candidates with relevant teaching experience and research publications will be preferred.

Experience
- Prior teaching experience in Finance or Management at a university, business school, or higher education institution is preferred.
- Candidates with relevant industry experience in finance, banking, investment, or financial services may also be considered.

Required Skills
- Strong subject knowledge in Finance and Management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage students through case-based and practical learning.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
