Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Operations to oversee daily factory operations, ensure production targets, maintain quality and safety standards, and improve operational efficiency in our rice and flour milling operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily factory operations and ensure timely achievement of production targets.
- Supervise production staff, machine operators, and factory workers.
- Monitor production schedules, product quality, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety, and company standards.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Purchase, Inventory, and Logistics teams.
- Monitor raw material usage, inventory levels, and finished goods movement.
- Minimize production downtime, material wastage, and operational costs.
- Maintain production records, operational reports,



and performance data.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support process improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 6–10 years of experience in factory or production operations, preferably in food processing, rice milling, or FMCG manufacturing.
- Experience in team management, production planning, inventory control, and process improvement.
- Valuable knowledge of machinery operations, quality standards, and workplace safety.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
