Position: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition - 2 Years - Faridabad We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition professional with 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills, hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn, and the ability to manage hiring timelines while partnering with business leaders in a fast-paced D2C beauty and cosmeceuticals environment.

Responsibilities

- Managing end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and joining.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other channels.
- Screening profiles and assessing candidate suitability, motivation, and compensation expectations.
- Coordinating interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Building talent pipelines and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

Requirements

- Possessing 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Demonstrating end-to-end recruitment experience across multiple functions.
- Having hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn,



and other sourcing platforms.
- Demonstrating strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Holding a graduate degree;

experience in D2C, beauty, personal care, or cosmeceuticals is preferred.
