About the Role

Sarthak Ispat Pvt. Ltd.. is looking for a Field Operations Person who will be responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day field activities related to solar projects, customer visits, site surveys, installation coordination, service support, and field operations.

The ideal candidate should be responsible, energetic, disciplined, and comfortable travelling to customer/project sites. The candidate will work closely with the Operations, Sales, Technical and Management teams to ensure smooth execution of field activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit Locations and project sites as assigned.
- Conduct preliminary site visits and collect required project information.
- Coordinate with regarding site visits, installation schedules and service requirements.
- Support the technical team during solar site surveys and project execution.
- Coordinate installation, commissioning and maintenance activities.
- Monitor field work and ensure activities are completed according to the assigned schedule.
- Collect site measurements, photographs, documents and other required information.
- Coordinate with technicians, electricians, installers, vendors and contractors.
- Report daily field activities and project progress to the reporting manager.
- Maintain proper records of site visits, requirements and field reports.
- Follow up with regarding pending site requirements and project-related activities.
- Coordinate material movement and availability at project sites.
- Ensure that field activities are carried out safely and professionally.
- Maintain professional relationships with vendors and other stakeholders.




- Perform other field-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and email communication.
- Ability to prepare basic field reports.
- Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer and project visits.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Basic understanding of electrical/solar work will be an advantage.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Professional and customer-friendly behaviour.

Educational Qualification

Minimum Qualification:

ITI / Diploma / Graduate / B.Tech / B.E. or equivalent qualification.

Experience

- Solar work perosn can apply.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in field operations, solar projects, electrical work, construction, service operations or a related field will be preferred.

Working Requirements
- Willingness to travel to customer and project sites.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
- Candidate should be comfortable working in outdoor/field conditions.
- Good knowledge of the local area will be an advantage.

Performance Expectations The Field Operations Executive will be expected to:
- Complete assigned field visits on time.
- Maintain accurate field reports and documentation.
- Ensure effective coordination between customers and internal teams.
- Support timely project execution.
- Maintain skilled customer relationships.
- Follow company safety and operational procedures.
