- OEE improvement analysis of in-house rejection, COPQ preparation of detailed actionplan and execution through the PDCA cycle.
- Involved in Complete CNC Programming, fixture setting, try-outs, process mapping, preparation ofcontrolplan, FAI, FMEA, APQP for the current component as per the schedule and making the best possible improvements.
- Involve in Capacityplanning,Plant facility budgeting, completeplantlayout finalizations.
