Role & responsibilities :

- Planogramming: Develop and implement planograms to optimize product placement, visibility, space utilization, and customer experience.

- Store Designing: Support store design, layout planning, renovation, fixtures, and overall visual presentation in line with brand guidelines.

- Develop and execute Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines and standards across all retail stores.

- Ensure consistent brand presentation, store layouts, product displays, signage, and promotional communication.

- Plan and execute VM for current store launches, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions.

- Create attractive displays to enhance product visibility, customer engagement, and sales conversion.

- Conduct regular store visits and VM audits to ensure compliance and drive corrective actions.





- Coordinate with Retail Operations, Marketing, Design, Category, Supply Chain, and vendors for timely execution.

- Manage POSM, VM assets, branding materials, fixtures, layouts, and execution trackers efficiently.

- Train Store Managers and Store Staff on VM standards and continuously improve store presentation and customer experience.

- Manage planogramming, store design and renovation projects, and digital screen content to ensure consistent brand presentation and an engaging in-store customer experience
