- Assist the Pharmacy Manager in the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including prescription fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service

- Supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support personnel, and provide guidance, support, and performance feedback

- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing pharmacy operations, including dispensing practices, record-keeping, and controlled substance management

- Oversee the processing and dispensing of prescriptions accurately and efficiently, while adhering to all relevant safety protocols and quality standards





- Monitor inventory levels, order medications and supplies as needed, and manage medication recalls and returns in accordance with established procedures

- Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to resolve prescription-related issues, coordinate patient care, and optimize medication therapy outcomes

- Provide counseling and education to patients regarding medication use, potential side effects, drug interactions, and other relevant information
