Job Location : Hyderabad

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 3 years in Six Sigma training and process improvement roles, with proven success in leading projects and training teams.
- Certification: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt required.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data interpretation.
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities to lead training and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in process improvement tools and methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical analysis software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic workplace.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality improvement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Process Improvement Projects

- Identify, scope, and manage Lean Six Sigma projects, utilizing Six Sigma methodology to address inefficiencies and improve overall process effectiveness.
- Guide teams through project cycles, including planning, data collection, analysis, and implementation of process improvements.

1. Facilitate Lean Six Sigma Training





- Conduct Lean Six Sigma training sessions for teams to build continuous improvement skills and foster a culture of quality and efficiency within the organization.
- Mentor team members in Lean Six Sigma principles, techniques, and application of methodologies in their respective functions.

1. Data Analysis

- Collect, analyse, and interpret process data to identify improvement opportunities, establish benchmarks, and measure project impact.
- Develop data-driven recommendations and prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and proposed actions.

1. Stakeholder Collaboration

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to align project objectives and ensure buy-in for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate effectively to influence decision-making, provide updates on project status, and share best practices.

1. Monitor and Sustain Improvements

- Develop and implement metrics to monitor the effectiveness of process changes and ensure sustained performance improvements.
