CRM Strategy Development:Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage customer relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive retention.Define CRM objectives aligned with business goals and customer needs.CRM System Implementation and Management:Select, implement, and manage CRM software or platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or custom solutions) to streamline processes and customer interactions.Customize CRM systems to meet specific business requirements and user needs.Data Management and Analysis:Manage customer databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.Analyze customer data, trends, and behavior to derive actionable insights for improving customer experiences.Customer Engagement and Retention:Develop strategies for customer engagement, including personalized marketing, loyalty programs,
