Role &

responsibilities -

- Manage end-to-end Contract Labour Management (CLM) including manpower planning, budgeting and deployment.

- Manage contractor/vendor onboarding, credential verification and manpower deployment.

- Ensure timely payroll processing and salary disbursement for contract workers.

- Ensure effective utilization of CLM systems/modules and accurate workforce data.

- Ensure 100% compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements and Contract Labour regulations.

- Support the IR Head in managing employee relations.





- Handle grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations in line with company policies and legal requirements.

- Liaise with government authorities, labour departments and statutory bodies.

- Manage labour-related legal cases, court matters and statutory inspections.

- Monitor implementation of employee welfare schemes and labour law requirements.

- Drive solid ER/IR practices, industrial harmony and a high-performance culture.

- Process and verify contractor bills through SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
