We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Assistant Manager – Mall Operations to support daily mall operations and ensure seamless coordination across departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee day-to-day mall operations and ensure smooth functioning of the property.

Coordinate with housekeeping, security, engineering, and facility management teams.

Monitor maintenance activities, safety standards, and statutory compliance.

Address customer and retailer concerns and ensure timely resolution.

Coordinate with tenants and internal stakeholders to maintain service quality.

Monitor common area upkeep, operational standards, and service delivery.





Assist in operational audits, inspections, documentation, and reporting.

Support cost control, vendor coordination, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers, retailers, and visitors.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Relevant experience in mall operations / shopping mall management.
- Understanding of facility operations, housekeeping, security, and engineering coordination.
- Strong communication, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and handle operational challenges effectively.
- Customer-centric approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
