- 3+ years B2B lead generation or inside sales experience in HR Services or Staffing with proven 2-year stability
- Research and map potential clients, initiate outbound prospecting via cold calls and LinkedIn, qualify leads, and maintain CRM pipeline
- Market Intelligence: Research and map out potential corporate & staffing firms clients (CHROs, HR Heads, CFOs) across IT, Manufacturing, and BFSI sectors.
- Outbound Prospecting: Initiate contact through cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and highly personalized email sequences.
- Value Proposition: Effectively communicate how HR India Solutions reduces attrition by 50% and improves hiring TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Lead Qualification: Qualify prospects based on their hiring needs and budget, setting up high-quality meetings for the leadership team.
- CRM Management:



Maintain a clean and updated pipeline of prospects and follow-up schedules.

Required Qualifications & Traits

- Stability: A proven track record of staying with a single organization for at least 2 continuous years.
- B2B Experience: Minimum 3 years in lead generation or inside sales, preferably within the HR Services or Staffing industry.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with the ability to navigate "gatekeepers."
- Must have your own laptop & wifi connection
