1. Responsible for estimating quantities from drawings, deriving the contract value as per the revised estimated quantities, taking quantities for variation items, collection of quotations, preparation of complete cases of variation along with rate analysis, and submitting the same to cost consultants.
2. Involved in floating inquiries, agency finalization, preparation of price comparative statements and use of orders.
3. Responsible for preparation of subcontractor bill.
4. Approving measurement and uploading bills and work orders in the ERP system.
