Key Deliverables (KPIs)

- 100% statutory and legal compliance across assigned locations.
- Timely closure of audit findings, observations, and CAPAs.
- Reduction in incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
- On-time submission and accuracy of EHS MIS reports.
- Successful implementation of digitalization initiatives.
- Effective utilization and monitoring of EHS CAPEX/OPEX budgets.
- Completion of EHS training plan and safety awareness programs.




- Improvement in safety culture and compliance performance indicators.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Science.
- Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety, Fire & Safety, Setting Management or equivalent qualification.
- Additional certifications in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Risk Assessment, Incident Investigation, or Internal Auditing will be preferred.

Experience

Assistant Manager EHS

- 6+ years of relevant experience in EHS/HSE management.
- Experience in manufacturing industry (Prepared with multiple locations handling experience)
- Hands-on exposure to statutory compliance, audits, investigations, MIS management, and EHS systems.
