About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Brand Solutions who can drive client relationships, business development, brand partnerships, campaign ideation, influencer collaborations, and end-to-end campaign execution.

The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, client servicing, market understanding, sales orientation, and team management to develop impactful brand solutions and deliver successful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Servicing & Relationship Management

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients, sponsors, and exhibitors.
- Understand client requirements, brand objectives, and business needs.
- Address client queries with a solution-oriented approach and ensure timely resolution.
- Translate client objectives into actionable brand strategies and solutions.

1. Ideation & Strategy Development

- Conceptualize innovative IP ideas and brand solutions for current collaborations and existing campaigns.
- Develop creative and customized pitch decks based on client requirements and market opportunities.
- Research relevant trends and consumer insights to strengthen campaign strategies.
- Brainstorm and develop unique, market-relevant ideas for brand activations and influencer campaigns.

1. Lead Generation & Business Development

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various platforms and networking channels.
- Conduct research to identify prospective industries, corporate activation opportunities, sponsors, and potential partnerships.




- Explore new opportunities and develop them into compelling client proposals.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute towards achieving team sales objectives.

1. Influencer Marketing & Onboarding

- Identify, scout, and onboard relevant influencers based on campaign objectives and brand values.
- Develop influencer collaboration strategies to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with influencers and internal stakeholders for smooth campaign execution.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with influencers.

1. Campaign Execution & Special Projects

- Plan and oversee the execution of digital, on-ground, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, influencers, vendors, and other stakeholders for timely execution.
- Manage festival marketing and BTL initiatives to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Contribute creative ideas and execution support to special projects.

1. Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain accurate records of campaigns, client communications, feedback, and project status.
- Prepare and support campaign performance reports and ROI analysis.
- Develop case studies and documentation showcasing campaign outcomes and success stories.
- Ensure timely and structured reporting to management.

1. Market Intelligence & Industry Trends

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, emerging opportunities, and developments within client industries.
- Track industry trends and identify potential opportunities for brand solutions and content partnerships.




- Share relevant market insights with the team to support business and strategy development.

1. Team Leadership & Performance Management

- Lead, mentor, and support team members to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Set, monitor, and track individual and team sales goals and KPIs.
- Provide guidance and training to improve team capabilities and productivity.
- Ensure accountability and effective execution across assigned responsibilities.
