Process Overview

ARQ supports global businesses of the Bank with solutions requiring judgment application, sound business understanding and analytical perspective. The domain experience in the areas of Financial Research & Analysis, Quantitative Modeling, Risk Management and Prospecting Support provide solutions for revenue enhancement, risk mitigation and cost optimization. The division comprising of highly qualified associates operates from three locations i.e.

Mumbai, GIFT City, Gurugram, Chennai and Hyderabad.

Possesses knowledge in a specialized function or skill gained through work experience or formal training. Supervisory role with responsibility to deliver critical to quality metrics for the lines of businesses that he/she supports. May recommend solutions to moderately complex problems, lead or train other associates or supervise highly routine work.

Typical span of control would range from 10-15 people. Possesses leadership, communication and problem solving skills. May perform a specialist role in a support function performing routine transactions or functional activities.

May also perform specialist roles like quality control, process level reporting of metrics, special projects for the line of business, etc. Incumbents would be Graduates / Post Graduates with 60 - 84 months of work experience with 18 - 24 months of experience of leading a team.

Requirements :

Education : Post graduate from Tier I / Tier II institutes

Experience : Minimum 2 years

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience developing and maintaining complex databases and data sets

- Experience building data architecture that is optimized for large dataset retrieval, analysis, storage, cleansing, and transformation

- Experience with data visualization tools

- Experience managing large data sets utilizing tools such as Hadoop

- Strong Programming & Data Analytics e.g. R, Python, SAS, SQL, R or other languages

- Experience as an Oracle developer or with Oracle database, Oracle cloud

- Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau)
