Role & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end AR lifecycle: invoice generation, distribution, collection follow-ups, and dispute resolution for client accounts.
- Reconcile receivables ledgers daily, ensuring alignment with GL and resolving discrepancies within SLA.
- Collaborate with Client Services and Sales to clarify billing terms, contract clauses, and service delivery variances.
- Generate aging reports, cash flow forecasts, and KPI dashboards for Finance leadership and regional managers.
- Lead month-end closing activities for AR modules, including accruals, write-offs, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Support internal/external audits by preparing documentation, responding to queries, and implementing controls.

Skills & Qualifications

Required Qualifications

- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Experience with ERP Systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Advanced MS Excel skills: PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros
- Experience generating and analyzing AR Aging Reports




- Knowledge of Revenue Recognition standards (ASC 606 / IFRS 15)
- Proven track record in Invoice Reconciliation and dispute resolution
- Familiarity with Financial Audits and internal control frameworks
- Understanding of SOX Compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with NetSuite
- Exposure to SAP AR Module
- Experience working with Client Billing Systems (e.g., Zuora, Chargebee)
- Knowledge of subscription-based billing models
