Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead and drive end-to-end recruitment for high-volume BPO / BPM processes. In this leadership role, you will not only manage complex hiring mandates and stakeholder relationships but also mentor a team of recruiters, optimize hiring pipelines, and ensure strategic SLA closures to meet aggressive business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Hiring & Leadership: Manage end-to-end volume recruitment for BPO / Voice / Non-Voice / Blended processes while guiding and mentoring a team of recruiters to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Stakeholder & Operations Management:



Act as the primary point of contact for operations leaders and hiring managers, forecasting hiring needs, aligning recruitment strategies, and managing SLA compliance.
- Advanced Sourcing Strategies: Drive innovative sourcing channels including job portals, skilled networking sites, social media campaigns, employee referrals, and large-scale walk-in drives.
- Pipeline & Quality Control: Oversee resume screening, high-level evaluation, and interview workflows, ensuring quality-of-hire benchmarks are consistently met.
- Data Analytics & MIS Reporting: Own the generation and presentation of advanced recruitment metrics, dashboards, and MIS reports for senior leadership review.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment funnel, streamline onboarding workflows, and improve candidate experience metrics from offer to Day 1 joining.
- Employer Branding & Compensation: Represent the company professionally, articulate complex compensation structures, shift guidelines, and company policies, and manage effective offer negotiations.
