Job Overview

Sylvan Ply (India) Limited is looking for an experienced Assistant HR Manager with hands-on experience in HR operations within a manufacturing company. The candidate should have sound knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliances, PF, ESI, payroll coordination, employee relations, and factory HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and supervise the HR team.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, factory-related statutory requirements and other HR compliances.
- Coordinate with various departments on manpower, workforce and employee-related matters.
- Manage contractor-related HR documentation and statutory compliance, wherever applicable.
- Handle HR, factory and other applicable licences, registrations, renewals and related statutory documentation, including timely applications, follow-ups and maintenance of records.




- Coordinate with relevant government departments, statutory authorities and consultants for licences, registrations, inspections, renewals and compliance matters.
- Implement HR policies, procedures and management instructions.
- Coordinate with employees, departmental heads, contractors and statutory authorities.
- Address and resolve workplace-related HR issues in coordination with management.
- Visit factory premises, various departments and other company locations as required for HR, compliance, licence and employee-related activities.
- Monitor statutory due dates and ensure timely completion of applicable filings, renewals and compliances.
- Undertake other HR, statutory and administrative responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
