Role & responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for hardware, software, desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

- Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, networking, LAN/Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues.
- Manage IT assets, software installation, antivirus, backups, and basic IT security.
- Support CCTV, biometric attendance, printers, and other plant IT systems.
- Coordinate with IT vendors/service providers for maintenance and technical issues.
- Maintain IT inventory, records, and service documentation.
- Handle basic plant administration and employee IT support.
- Assist in onboarding and provide necessary IT setup to employees.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or related field.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in IT support/hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office, Windows, networking, hardware,



and software troubleshooting.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and vendor coordination skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing/plant environment will be preferred.
