About the Role

We are a luxury fashion label looking for an Assistant Fashion Designer to support the design and production process, from concept development to final garment execution.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Assist with designing collections, developing styles, and preparing design references.

•⁠ ⁠Create sketches, mood boards, and garment specifications.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with workshop teams, tailors, and embroiderers to ensure accurate execution.

•⁠ ⁠Manage production timelines and track the progress of garments.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct quality checks to ensure garments meet the brand’s standards.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate fittings and implement design changes where required.

What We’re Looking For

•⁠ ⁠A degree or diploma in Fashion Design.

•⁠ ⁠Robust understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and embroidery.

•⁠ ⁠Good organisational and communication skills.

•⁠ ⁠A keen eye for detail and an interest in luxury fashion.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple styles and production timelines.
