- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in month-end close,and US GAAP accounting
- Oversee month-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP.
- Utilize Oracle NetSuite for financial reporting, process automation, and data analysis.
- Lead manage cross-functional teams to drive financial planning and operational improvements.
- Analyse financial trends and provide insights to senior management for better decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and accounting standards.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making regarding resource allocation and potential investments.
- Analyse current and past financial data and performance, identifying trends and recommending improvements accordingly.
- Prepare reports and projections based on this analysis in an understandable format for senior management.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives to identify their needs and seek a full range of business solutions.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.




- Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in month-end close, and US GAAP accounting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite is mandatory.
- Education: CA and/or CPA.
- Ability to work in teams in person at our offices.
- Goal oriented, ability to act independently and lead teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, clearly articulate plans across upward and downward teams.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple time zones using relevant tools (e.g. MS Office, Slack, Teams, Zoom).
- Manage time effectively to ensure responsibilities are completed efficiently and all deadlines are met in a complex and largely autonomous work environment.
