- Assist the Cafe Manager in daily store operations.
- Supervise staff and ensure smooth shift operations.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and wastage.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational policies.
- Support sales targets and maintain team discipline.
Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in Domino’s, McDonald’s, Subway, or similar QSR brands will be preferred. Required Skills: Team management, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
