Roles and Responsibilities :

Business Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Lead and execute improvement initiatives across manufacturing and support functions to enhance productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness.

Lean & Operational Excellence: Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, VSM, TPM, OEE, Standard Work, and waste-elimination initiatives across plant operations.

Process Improvement & Problem Solving: Identify process bottlenecks and operational losses through structured problem-solving methodologies such as PDCA, DMAIC, 5-Why, Fishbone, and Pareto analysis.

Cost & Productivity Improvement: Drive initiatives for cost reduction, manpower optimization, machine utilization, cycle-time reduction, line balancing, and elimination of process losses. Benchmarking & Best Practices: Conduct internal and external benchmarking,



identify industry best practices, and facilitate their deployment across relevant functions.

Management Reporting & Reviews: Prepare business excellence dashboards, MIS, project status reports, and management review presentations highlighting performance, gaps, action plans, and improvement results.

Job Requirements :

- 5-12 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Solid understanding of business excellence principles, including lean management and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements that result in significant cost savings or revenue growth.
