Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Foster solid relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-7 years of experience in retail banking or related field (gold appraiser/insurance/jewel loan).

- Strong knowledge of gems/gold valuation principles and practices.

- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
