- Assist in maintaining financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and financial statements

- Reconcile bank accounts and investigate any discrepancies

- Prepare and process invoices and ensure that all payments are received and recorded accurately

- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting

- Assist in preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

- Analyze financial data and make recommendations for improving financial performance

- Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts

- Provide support for audits and assist in preparing audit schedules and documentation

- Stay up-to-date with accounting principles and best practices
