- ;Design and develop suspension systems (Air suspension, leaf spring suspension) for Bus applications
- ;Perform CAD modeling and detailing using SolidWorks
- ;Conduct design calculations, simulations, and support for FEA analysis for strength and durability
- ;Collaborate with Customer Engineering, Service, Purchase teams
- ;Work with suppliers for component development, validation, and cost optimization
- ;Support prototype builds, testing, and validation (ride, handling, durability testing)
- ;Analyze test failure data and implement design improvements




- ;Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- ;Manage engineering changes and documentation (BOM, drawings, design reports)
- ;Support cost reduction and value engineering initiatives ;Qualification

- ;Bachelor s / master s degree in mechanical engineering ;Experience

- ;Proficiency in CAD software (Solid works preferred)
- ;Understanding of manufacturing processes (forging, casting, fabrication)

- ;Familiarity with testing standards and validation processes
