Vacancies

1. Assistant Branch Head (ABH)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing day-to-day branch operations and business activities.
- Drive gold loan business, interest collections, and cross-selling initiatives.
- Develop customer relationships and identify current business opportunities.
- Support the team in achieving business targets and improving branch performance.
- Ensure compliance with KYC requirements, documentation standards, and company policies.
- Good knowledge of gold appraisal is mandatory.

2. Junior Officer (JO) Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer enquiries and assist with gold loan applications.
- Support loan processing, disbursement, and documentation.
- Identify potential customers and follow up on business leads.




- Assist with interest collections and customer relationship management.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with KYC requirements and company procedures.
