Responsibilities

- Maintain records of company assets, vehicles, and equipment.

- Monitor asset allocation, movement, usage, and returns.

- Coordinate vehicle scheduling, maintenance, servicing, insurance, and documentation.

- Track fuel consumption, vehicle expenses, and maintenance costs.

- Ensure timely renewal of RC, insurance, PUC, permits, and other statutory documents.

- Conduct periodic physical verification of assets and vehicles.

- Coordinate with site teams, drivers, vendors, and service providers.

- Prepare MIS reports related to assets, vehicles, expenses, and utilization.

- Ensure proper handover/taking-over documentation and compliance with company policies.

- Responsible for productive management, tracking, maintenance, and utilization of company assets and vehicles to ensure optimum usage, cost control, and proper documentation.
