WE ARE HIRING – CNC MACHINE ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN

KNCS is looking for a skilled CNC Machine Assembly Technician with hands-on experience in machine assembly, fitting, and mechanical components.

Location: Pashamailaram, Hyderabad

Experience: 2–4 Years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification

Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble CNC machines and mechanical components as per engineering drawings.
- Perform machine fitting, alignment, and installation activities.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and assembly diagrams.
- Handle mechanical components such as bearings, shafts, guideways, ball screws, and couplings.
- Assist with machine setup, testing, and commissioning.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical assembly issues.
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.





Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience in CNC machine assembly.
- Knowledge of mechanical fitting, tools, and measuring instruments.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
